This month of course saw me do some changes to my kit, too. I swear I do more painting than updating my setup. 😬 Now my palette is full and I am really enjoying it!
I also got into “tiny painting”, in my case I am doing 6.5×6.5cm square images. This really suits me as these are just fast to do and I’ve always enjoyed small things in general.
I also found an empty picture frame that has enough space for nine of these. For now they’re all in there, but it will be fun to see how the selection will evolve. The plan is to switch them out regularly and only keep the best on display.
I also put together another small kit to use. It looks cute, but sadly the paper in that notebook isn’t really enjoyable. I’ll have to replace it eventually.
Oh, and now I have the same hobby as my daughter and we’re sometimes painting together. You can see her in the background using a dip pen and India ink.
And lastly the two bigger pieces I did this month. Maybe I’ll return to that size eventually, but for now I am having too much fun with the tiny paintings.
